Schwerelos wandernde Toene bis sie sich zu eigenen Worten formen

With stamp-shoes: the words ICH, BIN, WIE, UND, WER, WIR (I/ME, AM, HOW/LIKE, AND, WHO/SOMEBODY, WE/US) and blank space symbols [] [ ], I spontaneously print a fragmented sentence, that relates to myself/ my identity.
WIE WIR [] ICH (LIKE US [] I)
UND WER ICH WIE (AND WHO I HOW)
UND BIN WER [ ] (AND AM SOMEBODY [ ])
ICH BIN ICH (I AM ME)
The performance was developed in cooperation with the musician Elena Holzheimer. We used handmade paper, that I had prepared as two big sheets, as a mutual and connecting material to transform the space. Elena Holzheimer used her voice and body to create a fragile and empathetic expression. Fragments of the music piece „Der Wegweiser“ of Franz Schubert‘s Winter journey were reoccuring melodies, that further underlined the leitmotif „wandering“.
